Account Executive
Blue Strategy + Creative Intl, LLC is a marketing firm based in Sarasota, Florida that is searching for a motivated, results-oriented Account Executive to join the growing organization. Blue creates both traditional and digital marketing campaigns and needs a media-savvy individual who thrives in an active, focused environment.
Education/Experience: BA in marketing or business required. Two year’s previous experience and Internet marketing sales experience preferred.
Requirements: Self-starter. Ability to work successfully with a team or alone. Ability to work in an active environment with goals and quotas. Ability to understand and appreciate the needs of others is imperative. Superb verbal and written skills required. Excellent time management skills are a must. Financial and/or administrative experience a plus.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining relationships with current and potential clients to meet and/or exceed set sales goals.
- Intuitively finding a client’s marketing needs
- Explaining Blue’s services to potential and current clients.
- Setting up meetings with clients and staff.
- Creating brief media, working with creative and research staff, and assist with the formulation of marketing strategies;
- Liaising with staff ensuring that communication flows effectively;
- Monitoring the profitability of accounts and effectiveness of campaigns.
- Negotiating with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns.
- Creating and disseminating Blue marketing materials to clients.
- Preparing and presenting sales proposals.
- Presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification.
- Helping to secure new business.
- Undertaking administrative tasks.
- Monitoring the profitability of accounts.
- Closing deals and following the client’s progress throughout their partnership with Blue.
- Arranging and attending meetings and reporting on key decisions.
